30-day voluntary return policy

We offer a 30-day voluntary return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return, without prejudice to your statutory rights.

To be eligible for a voluntary return, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a voluntary return may not be accepted. This does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal.

Customers are responsible for the direct costs of returning products under our voluntary return policy.

Once we have received and inspected the returned products, we will notify you whether your voluntary return has been approved.

If approved, we will refund the purchase price of the returned products to your original payment method. Original delivery charges are not refunded under our voluntary return policy, unless required by law.

This voluntary return policy does not limit or replace your statutory rights, including your 14-day right of withdrawal where applicable.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us promptly if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Your statutory rights regarding defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products remain unaffected.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain products may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal where permitted by applicable law.

This may include goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, and sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery.

Opening a package does not automatically exclude the statutory right of withdrawal unless the conditions for a legal exception are met.

Under our voluntary 30-day return policy, products must remain unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Gift cards are excluded from our voluntary return policy. Any statutory rights remain unaffected.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to purchase a different product, you may return an eligible item under our return policy and place a new order.

European Union 14-day right of withdrawal

Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, subject to the exceptions provided by applicable law.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receive the goods.

If multiple goods from the same order are delivered separately, the period generally begins when the last item is received.

For contracts involving regular deliveries of goods over a defined period, the withdrawal period generally begins when the first delivery is received.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement before the withdrawal period expires.

You may use the model withdrawal form provided at the end of this policy, but this is not mandatory. You may also send us any other clear statement of your decision to withdraw.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication before the 14-day withdrawal period expires.

Where applicable, you may also exercise your statutory right of withdrawal using the electronic withdrawal function available on our website.

Returning the goods

You must send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us of your decision to withdraw.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning, as provided by applicable law.

Exceptions to the statutory right of withdrawal

The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to certain goods, including:

• Goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery.

Your statutory rights regarding defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products remain unaffected.

Refunds under the statutory right of withdrawal

If you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from you for the withdrawn purchase, including the original standard delivery costs where required by law.

We are not required to reimburse additional delivery costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method more expensive than our least expensive standard delivery option.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notification.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not incur any fees for the reimbursement.

Refund processing

For returns under our voluntary 30-day return policy, we will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and confirm whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

The statutory reimbursement deadlines described above apply to withdrawals made under the legal right of withdrawal.
